Abstract

The dynamic economic development in Indonesia has had a significant impact on the performance of the company. This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the impact of liquidity, leverage, activity, profitability, and dividend policy on the value of a firm. The technique employed is purposive sampling. Data collection approach using non[1]participant observation methodology. With the help of SPSS, researchers ran a moderation regression analysis on the collected data. According to the results, liquidity, leverage, and profitability did not affect the firm value. Moreover, if the activity has an impact on the value of the company, then dividend policy does not have an impact on liquidity, leverage, and activity on the value of the company, and dividend policy enhances the influence of profitability on the value of the company.
